Application Process

Adopting a new puppy is a big decision, so it’s important to understand the process before you get started. Here’s what you need to do and know as you begin your application process.

Step 1: Get everyone in your family on board!

The first step is to get approval from everyone who will be involved in the puppy’s life, please make sure that all individuals are on board with the puppy’s adoption and that you are to the point where you are ready to place a deposit on a litter that is upcoming or on a puppy that is available for reservation. If you need to talk with your partner, spouse or parents still, please do that before requesting an application. Step 2: Request our Application

Request the access code for our application – we will email you the details to gain access. We keep it locked to avoid an overflow of applications from coming in. We like to have a heads up that an application is on the way so we can look it over promptly. This form lets us know what you are looking for in your puppy, and helps us get to know you better.

Step 3: Make your $500 deposit

Once you send in your application, we will contact you via email typically the same day it is submitted to let you know that you have been approved and supply you with the information for our payment options. If you don’t hear from us, please call, email or text us! Sometimes an application gets lost or we get overloaded with inquiries. Please check your spam folder as well, sometimes my replies to emails end up there. We always send email replies when we receive an application.

We have a few different payment options available for you to make the $500 deposit; we primarily accept zelle, check or venmo, we also take paypal but fees will apply. If you have filled out an application for an available puppy, we give 24 hours from when we send the approval email with the deposit payment details for you to reserve the puppy. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, please check back with us before placing the deposit to make sure the puppy is still available and has not been reserved by another interested family. If you are placing a deposit for a future litter your name will not be put on the waiting list until your deposit is received. Please note that your deposit is not refundable but can be transferred to a future litter.

Step 4: The deposit has been made, what now?

If you’ve reserved an available puppy, we will update the litter page with your initials stating that the puppy has been reserved, you can officially start a list of your favorite names! You can continue to watch your puppy grow via the updates we post to our website. We will email you details regarding your puppies pickup time and keep you up to date with your puppy’s progress right up until they go home.

If you’ve reserved a puppy from a future litter, you can find updates on planned litters and pregnancy progress on our UPCOMING LITTERS page and we will also email you updates when we have information available. Depending how far out your litter is planned there may be a long space where you won’t hear from us while we wait for heat cycles to start.
