Puppy Reservation

Thank you for your interest in reserving a puppy from Apple Creek Doodles.

We are excited that you’ve chosen to join the Apple Creek family and are trusting us with such an important event in your life. We strive to breed the highest quality puppies with the health and temperament of our dogs being of utmost importance. With regular updates to our website, prompt responses to your questions, and detailed documentation you will receive with your puppy, we hope to make this experience enjoyable and one you will look back on with a smile.
Please note that filling out the reservation form does not reserve a puppy for you. Only after you’ve submitted the non-refundable deposit of $500 will you then be added to our puppy selection waiting list. Puppies that are available are not held without a deposit. The puppy you inquired about today may be spoken for tomorrow, please don’t hesitate if you see the perfect pup for you.

Our warranty requires you active the 30-day free trial pet insurance offered to us through Trupanion Pet Insurance. If you are not in Michigan please verify if this certificate is valid where you live. Otherwise, we can not sell you a puppy. visit www.trupanion.com for details.(Required)
I understand that Apple Creek Doodles will send my puppy home on a spay/neuter contract. This means that Apple Creek requires that this procedure be performed before the puppy’s 10-month birthday by a qualified veterinarian. I understand that I must have this procedure done and send paperwork from my veterinarian documenting that this procedure has been completed back to Apple Creek Doodles for the 2 year health warranty to stay valid.(Required)
I acknowledge that Apple Creek Doodles has the right to return my puppy reservation fee at any time at their discretion. I understand that if my reservation fee is returned, any and all written, verbal, or implied agreements to sell me a puppy are terminated and no further obligation of any kind exists between me and Apple Creek Doodles.(Required)
Are you flexible in terms of the puppy go home date? We can estimate when they will be ready age wise but sometimes it might need to push out to the next weekend depending how the pups are developing. Once the pickup weekend is set that is the day all pups will be scheduled to go home.(Required)
