|OLD ENGLISH SHEEPADOODLES
A Sheepadoodle is a designer breed crossing an Old English Sheepdog with a Standard Poodle. Sheepdogs are wonderful
family-oriented dogs with a pleasing personality. Their coats are considered low-shedding and Sheepdogs are considered to be, on
average, approximately 85% hypoallergenic. When crossing a Sheepdog with a Poodle, you significantly increase the dog's
hypoallergenic factor, most are low to non-shedding with a soft, wavy coat. The result is a "smarter" Sheepdog that is ok for allergies,
low to non-shedding and a GREAT family dog. These dogs are eager to please, intelligent, extremely trainable and make good
companions. They are loyal and very people-oriented and are great with children if raised correctly.
Their calm temperament and love for people is notable. Sheepadoodles are becoming a well loved type of dog because of their
wonderful temperaments and their teddy bear looks.
Sheepadoodle puppies are incredibly intelligent and easily trained. They make for a wonderful family pet and can even be very good
health care service dog or guidance dog. They love to be with their family, play, go for walks, or just be by your side. It is very
important to start your training with your Sheepadoodle puppy the minute you get him/her home. They need parimeters and rules and it
is important to enforce these rules from the beginning. A well behaved pet/companion is highly favored, and they don't just happen by
accident. They have to be trained.
Sheepadoodles, like all dogs, are creatures of habit, they learn by routine, persistence, and consistency.
Is the Sheepadoodle the Right Breed for you?
Moderate Maintenance: Grooming should be performed regularly to keep its fur in good shape.
Low Shedding: Some Sheepadoodles may shed lightly. Brushing will reduce shedding as well as make the coat softer and cleaner.
Moderate Training: Training will depend on the puppy, sheepadoodle puppies have a lively nature.
Expect results to come gradually. Sheepadoodles tend to be an excitable breed.
Puppies can have a no-fear type of personality, they can be more vocal and demanding than your typical doodle.
They are confident and bold which can lead to more effort needed for training.
Good Watchdog Ability: This dog will bark and alert its owners when an intruder is present.
Slightly Active: Not much exercise is required to keep this dog in shape.
Good with Kids: This is a suitable breed for kids and is known to be playful, energetic, and affectionate around them.
*** PLEASE NOTE ***
As a herding breed, sheepadoodles can be a challenge for families with active young children.
Herding traits may come out (chasing and nipping) and proper training will be needed to avoid this.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND A SHEEPADOODLE IF YOU HAVE NOT HAD A PUPPY/DOG BEFORE, THEY REQUIRE A
STRONG LEADER AND SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO TRAIN A DOG.
Sheepadoodles mainly come in black or black and white (silver/white adults). Often times, the black will fade to silver or silver and
white, similar to the Old English Sheepdog. Occasionally, Sheepadoodles are born with a lot of white, or almost all white with a touch
of black. Old English Sheepdogs do not carry any color genes and they are born black and white but they fade to silver/white once
grown. I do not expect, and have no way of knowing if any of our sheepadoodle puppies will stay black/white. Since poodles also carry
a fading gene it would be very rare for these pups to stay the color they are as pups once grown.
The majority will fade to silver/white like their OES dad.
Because both the Old English Sheepdog and Standard sized Poodles tend to be larger breeds, Sheepadoodles tend to be as well.
Sheepadoodles come in many different size ranges depending on the size of the parent Poodle-

~Goofy, lovable bundles of fluff~
We love our Sheepadoodle puppies. I'm so glad I
finally made the decision to add them to our
program here at Apple Creek. Each puppy is
unique, they have an individual look with markings
that are their own, no two are the same.
Our Sheepadoodle parents are fully health tested
and puppies come with Apple Creek's 2 year
health warranty. Puppies are socialized very well.
They will all greet you with a kiss.
Our Sheepadoodles are bred to look like
Sheepadoodles!, we do not dock tails, we breed
well coated shaggy puppies with great patterns.
|We are very excited to finally add Sheepadoodles to our Program. I researched them for 2+ years and finally made the
jump and purchased my first Old English Sheepdog puppy, his name is Elroy. What a funny goofy boy he is. He was super
easy to potty train, loves playing with the other dogs and is my husbands new best friend!
Our F1 pups are $2500 and our F1b pups are $3000 (see below). Our pups are from fully health tested parents, come
with first shots, de-wormings, microchip and extensive vet check-up.

We typically have pups available for immediate reservation
|-SHEEPADOODLE SELECTION PROCESS-
Puppies are available on a first come basis. Once born they are available to reserve.
Our Sheepadoodles come in many different patterns, no two are the same!
|Sheepadoodle Deposit Process
I do not keep long waiting lists. I prefer to take deposits per litter and not until I have
confirmed the pregnancy or maybe not even until the puppies arrive. With this process I
don't have to worry about not having enough pups to go around, I always place them
before ready to go and this works for me.
|Here are examples of the markings our Sheepadoodle puppies typically have.
Panda markings have those similar to a panda bear - two black eyes. Random marked puppies have black spots randomly placed on their body,
head and or face. One eye pups have a black circle around one eye could be the left or right eye, Tri Phantom puppies are colored similar to
a Bernedoodle but will have that fluffy soft coat as Sheepadoodles do (we won't have that color often)
